Poreber Farm

 

Poreber Farm (kmetija Poreber) is a family farm, engaged in milk and integrated asparagus production, which they sell seasonally from April to June. They supply schools, kindergartens, inns, you can also get their produce at their farm by prior order. As asparagus becomes woody very quickly, it is important that the time between picking and preparing the dish is as short as possible, so buy fresh and local. They also plan to increase production in the future, as the demand for this healthy early spring vegetable is high.
