Veliki Rog
Veliki Rog – 1,099 m: The highest peak of Kočevski Rog. At the top there is a lookout tower with a view of the forests, the neighboring Dinaric ridges and all the way to the Alpine peaks. It is included in the Trdina and Rog footpaths. It is most easily accessible from Rog Sawmill.
Sedlata gorica - 816 m: The highest peak of Pogorelec, rising above the village of Podturn. At the top there is an airstrip for paragliders and a small shelter; from here open the views on Toplice Valley and the city of Novo mesto. All lovers can now enjoy these awesome views from the recently erected love bench.The Paragliding Route leads from Podturn to the top.
Sveti Peter - 888 m: The peak is named after the St. Peter/s Church, which was sadly destroyed during the Second World War. At the top there is a wooden lookout tower with a view of Suha Krajina and a small mountain shelter. Several marked trails lead to the top, the most frequented one leads from the village of Podhosta, together with the Stations of the Cross. Here too, a love bench has been installed on the top. A new and marked mountain bike trail is also being praised by adventure seeking cycling fans.
